Description

How do Christian leaders navigate pressure, uncertainty and limited resources? Using scriptural principles and the extraordinary story of the Rats of Tobruk as a leadership case study, our speaker Graeme Irwin AM will explore courage as the essential starting point of faithful leadership - not bravado or certainty, but trust‑filled action in the face of fear. Using Biblical themes of perseverance, trust, and steadfast faith, Graeme will share how clarity, discipline, shared purpose and resilient morale enable leaders and teams to stand firm when the odds are against them.

This CEO Conference Lunch and Forum will include:

  • A sit-down working lunch at allocated tables with peers
  • A 30-minute Keynote address by Graeme Irwin AM – Leadership Lessons from the Rats of Tobruk (details above)
  • 30 minutes of facilitated discussion lead by Table Hosts
  • An opportunity for sharing ideas and asking questions.
