Integrated Leadership Groups (ILG)

Networks of Christian Business Leaders

Who is ILG for?

  • Business, professional and civic leaders in large organisations
  • Owners and managers of small to medium enterprises (SMEs)
  • Church and ministry leaders

The groups are facilitated by experienced Christian leaders and are held for a half-day, on a four-to-six weekly schedule determined by the participants. Participating in an ILG group – a small group of your business peers but not competitors – can provide you with peer learning & feedback, wise counsel and a spiritually supportive business network.

ILG annual membership costs $1770 plus GST, or $490 plus GST per quarter based on a one-year commitment.

There are currently three groups meeting in Melbourne, and CMA is seeking to form new groups in-person around Australia, and online.

Benefits of ILG Membership

  • A place of refuge where you can step back from the intensity of your workplace, and reflect and talk with others, in confidence, under expert guidance.
  • An objective, friendly and spiritually-attuned sounding board for the ideas, challenges and opportunities that relate to leading your organisation.
  • Exploration of a deeper integration of faith at work – where prayer undergirds leadership roles, and peers provide support and encouragement through difficult times.
  • Regular input from visiting guest speakers.
  • Opportunities to contribute to the development of your peers, and to develop your own leadership and business skills.
  • All ILG members receive a CMA individual membership.
