Jason Smith

Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur

Jason is an accomplished physiotherapist, dynamic entrepreneur, and award-winning leadership expert in high demand.

Failed medical missionary, reluctant businessman, unqualified franchisor, all leading to accidental founder and CEO of Australia's largest physiotherapy network at the time, the Back In Motion Health Group, creating an unlikely success that surprises himself even more than those around him.

Ernst Young Entrepreneur-of-the-Year, Jason believes the opportunity of a lifetime comes around about once a day. He made a career out of getting it wrong more than he got it right. He never wanted a business, and yet ended up with over 140 of them supported by a team of 700+ and eventually selling for over $100m.

Initially, a leader by chance, Jason has now mentored over 1,000 others like him through the Iceberg Leadership Institute. A regular contributor on business, leadership, and health-related topics, you can hear his thoughts on podcasts, television, radio, and online channels.

Jason is also the author of three books, a keynote speaker, and a missional justice advocate.
