Excellence in the boardroom doesn’t just happen. In this webinar, aimed at The Board Internship interns, Steve Kerr will help attendees recognise the importance of standards in building excellence and accountability. He will outline the 9 principles of the CMA Standards Council, demonstrate how these standards exceed the ACNC governance standards, and explore examples of challenges faced in the ministry sector and how to overcome them.
Steve’s passion is to help Christian boards be the best they can be. Please join him as he explores how setting Standards and staying accountable can help a Church or Ministry Board move from compliance, to effectiveness to excellence.
The presentation will run for 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A with the general audience. At the 30-minute mark, the public meeting will conclude, and the Board Interns will remain behind for a more extended discussion with Steve. A recording of the first 30 minutes will be provided to all registered participants after the webinar is complete, so even if you can’t attend live, register now to ensure you get the recording.
