Rowan holds a master’s degree in leadership with post-graduate research in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development. His career spans across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, having led national staff and volunteer teams of 5000+ people through organisational change and business development programs. Rowan brings a depth of understanding of what it takes to lead teams towards organisational growth and success.

Rowan now focuses on working with faith-based organisations, providing Executive Search and bespoke support services as they search and transition into their next season of their organisation’s senior leadership.

Leila Armstrong

After a successful career in Recruitment within the banking sector, followed by national leadership roles for an International Christian NFP, Leila brings extensive recruitment, team development and people leadership experience. Leila now specialises in recruiting executive leadership and managerial roles across the Christian Ministry and Not-for-Profit sector. Having personally recruited and led large scale national volunteer teams and served in executive leadership roles across Australia and New Zealand, and backed by qualifications in counselling and leadership, her story covers the highs and lows of facilitating cultural change and organisational effectiveness across each layer of ministry and community service. In her spare time Leila enjoys spending time with her family and writing Christian devotionals for her personal blog and local Christian radio station.
