Description

This presentation, pitched at an introductory level for interns involved in The Board Internship program, dives into some key thoughts around risk-taking for directors, highlighting its strategic importance and providing actionable insights to navigate uncertainty effectively. Attendees will get some insight into understanding the core components of a risk management framework; recognising how to set a risk appetite as a board and why it is so important; learning the key things a board should be designing for in a risk strategy; and understanding how faith and risk can and should coexist in the boardroom.

The webinar will be recorded, so even if you can’t attend the live session, register anyhow and you will receive the recording link within a day or two.
