At 11am, this session will provide a more extensive Q&A and discussion with Peter, and is strictly for members of the CMA CEO Network only. There will be no further presentation, but the opportunity to interact with Peter and other CEOs in a meeting rather than a webinar format.

Since 2004, Peter Greer has served as CEO of HOPE International, a global faith-based nonprofit working to alleviate poverty through entrepreneurship, discipleship, and financial inclusion across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Peter began his career in microfinance in Cambodia, Zimbabwe, and Rwanda — experiences that shaped his long-standing commitment to Christ-centered economic development and sustainable poverty alleviation. Under his leadership, HOPE has grown into an international network which has served millions of entrepreneurs through savings groups, microfinance institutions, and small and medium enterprises.

He is the bestselling coauthor of more than fifteen books, including Mission Drift, Lead with Prayer, How Leaders Lose Their Way, and Rooting for Rivals and examines organisational integrity, leadership, and collaboration across the social sector. He also serves as a Praxis Venture Partner and the Entrepreneur in Residence at Messiah University.

Peter holds a graduate degree from the Harvard Kennedy School and has spent three decades working at the intersection of economic development, organizational leadership, and social impact. While his sports loyalties remain in New England, Peter and his family live in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
