Ten years after publishing ‘Mission Drift’, Peter Greer with coauthor Jill Heisey released the “sequel” – ‘How Leaders Lose their Way’ – like Mission Drift for leaders instead of organisations! The book was written to explore why so many Christian leaders start strong but few stay on mission.
In this special webinar for CMA, Peter will describe what led to the writing of the book, what they learned from many interviews, what are some of the ‘drift points’ where leaders begin to lose their way, and what Christian leaders can do to ensure they finish well.
The session is especially for leaders, but open to everybody. Free for CMA members. If you can’t make the live webinar, register anyhow and a webinar recording will be made available to everybody registered.
Note: Immediately following this public presentation, Peter will be leading a second 40-minute extended Q&A and discussion exclusively for members of the CMA CEO Network. Separate invitations are being sent to CMA CEO Network members for the second event.
