A healthy board takes responsibility for keeping itself growing, performing, and refreshed – a continuous cycle of board development. In this session, Di will look at various elements of the cycle, particularly strategic recruitment, effective engagement, and intentional revitalisation. If you would like to dig in a little to the ideas of how a board looks after its own development, you may find this session helpful.
The presentation will run for 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A with the general audience. At the 30-minute mark, the public meeting will conclude, and the Board Interns will remain behind for a more extended discussion with Di. A recording of the first 30 minutes will be provided to all registered participants after the webinar is complete, so even if you can’t attend live, register now to ensure you get the recording.
