Her consultancy specialises in charity direct marketing, fundraising strategy and training. She has been a speaker at both Australian and international fundraising events and conferences. June believes Christians should be leaders in generosity and giving.

Rob van der End is CEO of Heartburst and a trusted advisor to faith-based and purpose-driven nonprofit leaders navigating complex digital and organisational change. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Rob brings strategic judgement shaped by both operational accountability and a deep commitment to stewardship, trust, and long-term impact.
Across his career, Rob has founded, scaled, and led technology businesses spanning digital services, SaaS product development, and international operations, including work across Australia and the United States. This operator-level experience means Rob has made decisions with real consequences — stewarding people, resources, and systems in environments where clarity, integrity, and responsibility matter.
Today, Rob partners with nonprofit executives to design integrated digital ecosystems that support meaningful relationships — aligning CRM strategy, donor journeys, websites, and data to strengthen engagement, generosity, and organisational confidence.

James Angus is the Group Manager, Mission Systems at SU Australia. His professional motto is "Technology should work hard for people, not the other way around". James has spent the past decade leading software projects, many of which involved CRM and CRM-integrated solutions.

Kate Petersen is the Operations Director at Gateway Baptist Church, a multi-campus church in the Greater Brisbane region. She oversees a broad portfolio including HR and WHS compliance, Creative Ministries, Facilities, Administration, ICT and Production, and serves on the Senior Leadership Team and Leadership Development group.
Kate began her career in advertising, leading an agency at just 22, before starting a family and relocating to France to live out a long-held dream. After coming to faith at 33, she transitioned into ministry, a defining shift that continues to shape her leadership and calling. She holds a Bachelor of International Business (French), a Bachelor of Creative Industries, and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching.
Kate also serves with Arrow Leadership, helping to facilitate the Executive Leaders program. She and her husband have three teenagers, and she counts raising children who love Jesus as her greatest joy.
