2026 marks CMA’s 25th anniversary, and as the year heads towards its close, we are holding some events around Australia to celebrate God’s faithfulness, and to acknowledge the amazing community of friends, partners, members and supporters who have been a part of CMA’s story so far.
A couple of CMA team members will highlight a few key reflections from those years, but we’ll mainly be taking some time to use the lens of the past to cast an eye to the future as we anticipate what God has in store.
What have been the big changes the church and ministry sector have gone through over the last 25 years? What learnings can we take from this, to strengthen us for what lies ahead? And what are the issues, trends and developments coming down the road that we need to keep an eye on as our ministries move forward?
There’s no single speaker tackling these questions, but our explorations will benefit from some table discussions as well as expert input by several CMA members and friends who have a long experience in the sector.
We’ll also give you a glimpse into what CMA sees for our own evolving role as we move into our next quarter-century. We will conclude with a low-key invitation for people and organisations to partner with us as we move into that next phase, but the primary purpose of the event is just to express our thanks, to look to God for the future, and to spend some time together with our wonderful community of church, ministry and business leaders.
