Love In Action Helping Families In Need is a Brisbane-based registered charity dedicated to supporting families experiencing hardship through practical assistance, food relief, and community support.
As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a volunteer Treasurer to join our Board and help establish strong financial systems that will support the charity’s long-term impact.
About the Role
The Treasurer is a key member of the Board and is responsible for overseeing the financial stewardship and governance of the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business professional to help build the charity’s financial framework from the ground up.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to recommend and implement appropriate accounting software, develop financial reporting processes, and help guide the organization through its next stage of growth.

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in (but not essential):
Previous board or governance experience is desirable but not essential.
Also hold or be able to hold a blue card.
