Role Description

The Supporter Experience Coordinator plays an important role connecting supporters and donors with inspiring experiences of The Leprosy Mission’s healing ministry so that our campaigns continue to engage them and help them to feel good as they cure, care for and retore individuals from leprosy.

The role is highly collaborative working with staff teams across the organisation to plan and create unforgettable multi-channel nurture experiences to delight key supporter audiences as well as deepen their engagement so that they are inspired to support the mission financially. This role is responsible for building a culture of excellence and best practice in supporter experience and supporter communications.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in fundraising or donor relations and supporter services
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Empathy and understanding of diverse cultures and communities
  • Knowledge or experience in the non-profit sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, or Non-profit Management
  • Ability to operate within the Christian based beliefs, vision mission and values of the Leprosy Mission.
