We’re now looking for a Support Team Lead to join our team.

Your Opportunity

As a Support Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of Response and Scheduling Officers to ensure home care services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with client needs.

You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly — managing workflows, coordinating coverage and supporting your team to deliver strong outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and support a high‑performing scheduling and response team
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring work is prioritised and completed efficiently
  • Manage team rosters, planned and unplanned leave, and service coverage
  • Monitor KPIs, identify trends and drive performance improvements
  • Support onboarding, training and development of new team members
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies and standards
  • Resolve client and stakeholder enquiries with a strong customer‑focused approach
  • Build strong relationships across Care Ops, Support Hub and broader teams

What You’ll Bring

You’re an organised, solutions‑focused leader who thrives in a high‑volume environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver strong service outcomes.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience leading or supervising teams in customer service, scheduling or operations
  • Experience working in community, aged care or similar environments
  • Strong rostering/scheduling experience (home care highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems quickly
  • High attention to detail and confidence using systems and reporting tools
  • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment
