Student Experience Administrator – Korean
Part-Time, Permanent (3 days per week)
Location: Parramatta, Sydney
Alphacrucis University College (AC) is seeking a Student Experience Administrator – Korean to support students enrolled in the Korean Language School. This role is central to the student journey, providing administrative and student support from initial application through to graduation.
The successful candidate will bring strong administrative skills, a service-focused mindset, and fluency in both Korean and English to ensure a positive and seamless experience for students.
About the Role
As part of the Student Experience team, the Student Experience Administrator – Korean will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records and providing high-quality support to future, current, and graduating students.
Working pattern:
- 3 days per week (Tuesday is mandatory; the other two days are flexible)
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and process applications and enrolments for domestic and international students.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students at all stages of their studies.
- Enter, maintain, and update student records in the student management system (SMS) from application through to graduation.
- Manage international student visa-related requests.
- Process student requests and documentation, including letters, graduations, eCAFs, and VSL-related forms.
- Provide support to prospective, new, and continuing students.
- Assist with student-facing events such as orientation and graduation ceremonies.
- Respond to enquiries from staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Undertake other duties as required to support team and organisational needs.
Person Specification
Qualifications
- Completion of a VET or Higher Education qualification (desirable).
Experience
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Experience within a tertiary education institution (desirable).
Knowledge
- Fluency in both Korean and English (essential).
- Understanding of the VET and Higher Education sectors (strongly desirable).
