Mary Andrews College, a division of Anglican Deaconess Ministries (ADM), is seeking a dynamic Student and Community Engagement Manager to lead student engagement from enrolment through to alumnae connection.

✨ What you’ll do:

As the Student and Community Engagement Manager, you oversee the full student lifecycle, from recruitment to alumnae engagement. You design recruitment strategies, coordinate orientation and events, manage communication channels, ensure policy compliance, and foster community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Body Growth: Design strategies, represent the college externally, manage prospective communications, and promote study opportunities at Mary Andrews College.
  • Student Experience & Pastoral Care: Develop programs for student wellbeing, coordinate events, and provide pastoral care support.
  • Communications & Engagement: Shape and deliver student communications, community events, and maintain student relationships.
  • Academic & Administrative Support: Work with academic staff on enrollment, progression, and student feedback.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure practices align with AUT policies
  • Alumnae Engagement: Develop engagement plans and sustain relationships with graduates.
