Christian Finance is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding client service, has a strong eye for detail and brings previous team leader or senior client services experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a warm, professional, and service orientated experienced team member to:

  • Respond to client enquiries with care and efficiency

  • Process a range of client instructions and transactions accurately and promptly

  • Represent Christian Finance with professionalism and genuine Christian values

  • Assisting with process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in a senior client services, customer service, or team leadership role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in complex customer service or call centre roles

  • Financial services experience (not essential)

  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems

  • A personal Christian commitment, demonstrated by your active involvement in a local church or ministry.
