Location & flexible work
Our office is based in Abbotsford, Melbourne, close to public transport. Hybrid working is standard. Remote Australia‑wide candidates are welcome, with occasional travel to Melbourne required from time to time.
About the Role
The Senior Business Systems & Data Manager is a senior operational leadership role within AOA. It leads the organisation’s business systems and data capability, with a strong focus on CRM stewardship (currently Salesforce), organisational workflows, reporting and digital readiness.
This role blends hands‑on technical delivery with values‑based people leadership, providing day‑to‑day leadership to two part‑time Operations Officers and contributing to the overall health, sustainability and effectiveness of the organisation.
The role works closely with the CEO, Engagement team, Executive and external technical providers to ensure AOA’s systems are fit for purpose, proportionate to organisational scale, and supportive of mission delivery, accreditation and compliance requirements.
