We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Planning Manager to join our Planning & Performance team.
This is a highly visible enterprise role responsible for leading and embedding the Integrated Business Planning across Anglicare. You’ll bring together long-term strategy, business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting into a connected planning framework that helps leaders make better decisions and deliver stronger outcomes.
As the organisation continues to grow and evolve, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our strategic priorities translate into actionable plans, measurable outcomes and sustainable performance improvement.
Your Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, Planning & Performance, you will lead Anglicare’s organisation-wide business planning, forecasting and performance reporting processes across all business units and entities. You’ll work closely with Executive leaders, General Managers and Finance teams to ensure strategic priorities are translated into robust plans, realistic forecasts and measurable performance outcomes.
This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, helping leaders understand where the organisation is heading, how success will be measured and what actions are required to achieve long-term goals.
