Are you a hunter? We’re looking for someone who can proactively engage JC Action Sports packages with schools, communities and churches. 

 

What the Job is:

The Relationship Manager is a pivotal role in the organisation to be the front facing personality. You will be following an engagement pipeline process that is supported with technology and administration roles. The role suits someone with experience with schools, a strong Christian faith and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent JC Action Sports in schools, councils, community meetings, events, and with stakeholders.

  • Lead outreach to schools, councils, and event organisers to secure tour bookings.

  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings, guiding them from inquiry through to agreement.

  • Track and report sales, bookings, and partnership performance using JC’s CRM monthly.

  • Actively champion the mission and culture of JC Action Sports in every engagement.
