Mary Andrews College (MAC) is seeking a Registrar & Student Support Officer to provide stewardship of the College’s student administration, academic records, compliance processes, and academic governance support. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the College’s academic operations, ensuring that students, staff, and governing bodies can rely on accurate information, robust systems, and timely processes.

About the Role
Reporting to the Principal, the Registrar & Student Support Officer is responsible for the integrity and effectiveness of the College’s academic administration systems and processes.
This is much more than a traditional administrative role. The Registrar & Student Support Officer plays a key role in ensuring rigorous academic administration, maintaining trusted records, supporting governance and compliance requirements, identifying risks, improving systems, and driving the timely completion of critical operational processes.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive. You enjoy bringing order to complexity, balancing multiple deadlines, and ensuring that critical processes are completed accurately and on time.
You will bring:
Experience within the Australian University of Theology network or a comparable tertiary education environment will be highly regarded.
