Project Ministry Co-ordinator

1–2 Days Per Week | Part-Time

Every Home for Christ partners in humanitarian aid and evangelism projects across Australia and internationally — including education initiatives, community development, disaster relief, and outreach campaigns.

We are seeking a highly organised and mission-focused Project Ministry Co-ordinator to assist in the planning, documentation, and implementation of these projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing national and international ministry projects

  • Develop and track project schedules

  • Assist with budgeting and financial documentation

  • Coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders

  • Prepare project reports and ministry updates

  • Support fundraising documentation and communication materials

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Word

    • Excel

    • PowerPoint

  • Strong project scheduling and budgeting capability

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • Understanding of Christian ministry landscape in Australia

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign

Ideal Candidate:

  • Detail-oriented and systems-driven

  • Able to manage multiple moving parts

  • Comfortable liaising with churches, donors, and international partners

  • Passionate about combining compassion and proclamation
