The Board of Trinity College, a ministry of the Gladstone Baptist Church, invites applications for the position of Principal, commencing 1 January 2026, to succeed Mr. Mark Lewis, who has led the College with distinction over the past three and a half years. Under his leadership, the College has transitioned from a single campus to a dual campus structure and is now poised for its next strategic phase of growth.

The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors. The Principal is responsible for the strategic leadership, day-to-day management and continued development of the College across seven key domains:

4. Educational & Curriculum Leadership
5. Governance & Compliance Capacity
6. The Ability to Develop Christian Formation
7. Community Engagement
