The Role 

As a Partner Success Manager, your primary focus is to support Ministry Partners by driving impact through strategic project execution and strong relationship management. You’ll be the key point of contact for ministry partners, ensuring smooth communication, effective management of project schedules, and the development of ongoing strategies. While you’ll contribute strategically to ministry success, you will be supported by a team of specialists and a strategic lead shaping overall strategy.

Building upon your experience in fundraising, not-for-profit, or ministry, D+C is looking for a proactive learner and leader who implements best practices and applies industry-leading strategies to enhance ministry effectiveness. You have high attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills.  

As the Partner Success Manager, you will be a collaborative team player, professional and have a strong ability to work under pressure. Whist a degree in marketing or communications is desired, it is not essential for this role. Your key strengths will be in building strong Ministry Partnerships through successful project execution and relationship building.

 

As the Partnership Success Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ministry Partner Relationships: Build healthy, authentic relationships with assigned Ministry Partners through direct communication and excellent service delivery, whilst also managing client expectations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Project Management Excellence: Manage all project schedules and special projects for assigned ministry partners with excellence, coordinating involvement from specialists and strategic leads as required, aligned with internal D+C disciplines and processes.

  • Strategic Contribution: Interpret and apply strategic insights to enhance ministry effectiveness while also leading the process for executional success.

  • Collaboration and Growth: Support internal team collaboration to support a positive and cohesive team culture, whilst also embracing best practices and seeking growth opportunities.
