About the role

Northside Christian College is seeking a warm, organised and proactive OSHC Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service.
This is a key leadership role where you will:

✔ Ensure compliance

  • Oversee National law & Regulations, NQS and ACECQA framework requirements
  • Maintain operational policies, procedures, risk management and audits
  • Manage enrolments, bookings, incident reporting and documentation
  • Uphold My Time Our Place–aligned practices (in partnership with the Educational Leader)

✔ Lead the OSHC team

  • Support, supervise and mentor educators
  • Build a positive, collaborative and faith-filled culture
  • Assist with rostering, professional development and team communication

✔ Build strong relationships with families

  • Communicate warmly and professionally with parents
  • Manage concerns, enquiries and daily feedback
  • Ensure families feel welcomed, informed and supported

✔ Support the Educational Leader

  • While the Educational Leader will design and guide learning programs, the Manager ensures those programs are implemented safely, smoothly and compliantly.

This role offers flexibility and the option to complete planning and administrative tasks from home.

You may also serve as a Responsible Person during service hours.

What you’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Education and Care or a relevant qualification approved by ACECQA

  • A genuine, active Christian faith, lived out through character, care and service

  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and OSHC regulations
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Excellent administrative and organisational strengths
  • Ability to work independently, intuitively and flexibly
  • Confidence in communicating with families and managing sensitive conversations
  • Willingness to act as a Responsible Person
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Blue Card, or eligibility
