Founded in 1882, Integricare has been serving our local communities for 143 years from a foundation of Christian faith. Today with over 250 employees, Integricare continues to honour its legacy of community service by providing early childhood education and offering caring support services to children and families in need.

We are now inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Non-Executive Director on the Integricare Board.  The successful applicant(s) will be a collaborative team player with good sector understanding and governance experience. They will have:                       

  • Suitable professional qualifications;

  • Strong governance skills;

  • Strategic thinking;

  • Commitment to the ministry of Christian Early Childhood Education and Care and the service of vulnerable children and families; and

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

While we are interested in Directors with a broad range of skills and experiences, professional and/or lived experience in early learning environments, or experience with vulnerable children and families will be viewed favorably.
