National Director – Lead a national movement for global justice
Full-time | Flexible location within Australia | Regular interstate and some overseas travel
Micah Australia equips and mobilises Australian Christians to help build a safer, more just and more compassionate world, and is seeking an outstanding leader to serve as its next National Director.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a national coalition of Christian international development organisations, influence Australian public policy, and mobilise churches and communities to advocate for a more just, peaceful and sustainable world. The role combines advocacy, political engagement, coalition leadership and organisational management.
The role
About you
You will bring significant senior leadership experience in advocacy, international development, public affairs, campaigning, government relations, the Christian sector or a related field. You will have strong political judgement, excellent relationship-building skills, and a genuine commitment to Micah Australia’s Christian mission and global justice.
Employment details
Employment: Full-time (preferred)
Location: Flexible within Australia
Start date: 11 January 2027, or by agreement
