Position Description for a VOLUNTEER
Missionary “Care Manager” role 

Are you excited in serving and blessing Missions Minded people? 

Purpose of work:

Co-ordinating Practical Care / oversight for THREE Missionary Families
(Ideally based in Melbournes Eastern suburbs) 

Expected time commitment :

12-15 hours a month
(which includes Two hours for Training, coaching, feedback + spiritual Growth)

Main Duties anticipated:

1).  Basic Finance duties + Governance / plus Fundraising – Donor Relations
2). Some Executive assistant administration
3). Communications work – Relationship Management
      We Don’t run Social Media Campaigns
      Involves Database help and writing Letters / cards etc
4). Some Event MGT work – help in hosting
