Medical Receptionist

$27 – $33 per hour
2 to 4 days a week

We take pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and elegant environment. We’re looking for a part-time Medical Receptionist to help our clinic run smoothly and continue to grow.

About the Role

You’ll be the friendly, professional face of the clinic—coordinating appointments, assisting with patient communication, and ensuring daily operations flow efficiently.

  • Part-time role in Bundoora, Melbourne, Victoria

  • $27–$33 per hour, depending on experience

  • Potential to work from home for some tasks

  • On-site parking available

  • Supportive, professional team environment 

Key duties include:

  • Manage reception and provide a welcoming front-of-house experience for patients

  • Scheduling appointment and surgery bookings

  • Managing correspondence and patient enquiries

  • Perform general administrative duties, including record keeping and daily clinic operations

  • Maintain accurate data entry using our secure, cloud-based medical database

  • Support doctors and patients with efficiency and discretion 

About You

You’re professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to help patients feel supported from their first contact to their final follow-up.

  • Previous experience in medical, dental or allied-healthcare reception preferred

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Professional, compassionate, ethical and team-oriented

  • Comfortable using digital systems and cloud-based software -Experience with GENTU software highly desirable
