About the Role

We are seeking a detail orientated and service focused Loans Administration Officer to support the accurate and timely processing of loan documentation, settlements, and ongoing loan administration.  You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, data integrity and smooth lending operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue loan documentation in line with approved terms

  • Coordinate settlements, drawdowns, and loan variations, drawdowns, and loan variations

  • Ensure all conditions precedent to funding are met

  • Maintain secure, accurate, and compliant loan files and records

  • Manage loan administration, data and reporting

  • Support AML and compliance requirements,

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

What you will Bring

  • Experience in lending administration or financial service (highly regarded)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Experience using financial systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive, organized approach with a focus on continuous improvement
