IT Manager

At St Andrews Christian College, our mission is to educate our students so that they are well-skilled, understand life on the basis of biblical truth, and are motivated to walk with God and serve Him in their lives, so that they will be a positive Christian influence in the world. 

The IT Manager provides strategic and operational leadership of the College’s information and communications technology function. The role ensures IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data governance align with the College’s strategic priorities, and that staff and students receive reliable, well-supported technology services. The IT Manager leads, develops and manages the IT team, and acts as a trusted technical advisor to the Deputy Principal – Operations, Executive Team and Board. 

We welcome applications from experienced IT Managers for this dynamic strategic leadership role. The successful candidate will oversee: 

• Strategic Leadership and Governance: Develops and implements the College’s IT strategy, roadmap and annual plans aligned with the College’s strategic priorities.
• Team Leadership and People Management: Manages the IT team, setting clear role expectations, performance standards and professional development plans.
• Technical and Industry Leadership: Providing thought leadership and oversight
• Operational and Service Management : Overseeing IT service delivery and budget
