Christway College is an independent two campus co-educational P-12 Christian School of approximately 860 students located in the suburbs of Kingston and Wyndham in Melbourne. The Wyndham campus is located on 30 acres and is rapidly expanding.

The College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to join the Leadership Team for the position of Head of Secondary at its Wyndham Campus.  The successful applicant will report to the Campus Principal and will work closely with Leadership and other College staff as they build a strong learning culture that equips students and staff to flourish in faith, academic achievement, personal growth and community impact.

Key requirements for the position include:

• A personal faith in Jesus Christ, demonstrating integrity, humility and servant leadership.
• A deep commitment to Christian education and discipleship in school leadership.
• High-level interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organisational and strategic thinking ability.
• The ability to mentor, challenge and support others.
• A commitment to reflective practice, feedback and continual improvement.
• Proficiency in digital tools, school systems (e.g. Compass), and data-informed leadership.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the ethos of Christian Education and a willingness to promote and support Christian values. Applicants must comply with Child Protection and other requirements for Non-Government Schools in Victoria.
