As the Head of Finance – Seniors Communities, you will take ownership of the finance function while partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy, support acquisitions, drive commercial decision-making, and help steer the organisation through its next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to move beyond reporting and become a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Your opportunity
As our Head of Finance – Seniors Communities, you will provide overall financial leadership for the Seniors Communities business by ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, effective budgeting and forecasting, and meaningful performance insights. You will also partner with operational leaders to improve accountability and business results, while supporting strategic decision-making, acquisitions, funding initiatives, and growth opportunities through commercial and financial expertise.
