African Enterprise (AE) is seeking a visionary evangelical leader to drive our church partnership strategy across Australia. For over 60 years, AE has been transforming lives in Africa through evangelism, peacebuilding, and practical aid. Now, we need a dynamic leader to strengthen and expand our network of church partners—mobilizing prayer, resources, and engagement to accelerate gospel impact.

Why This Role Matters

Your leadership will directly advance AE’s mission to evangelise African cities through Word and Deed in partnership with the local church. By inspiring churches to pray, give, and engage, you will help us achieve our ambitious goal of increasing annual revenue by 20%—fueling evangelistic missions and life-changing aid programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as AE’s ambassador to churches, preaching and presenting with clarity and conviction.

  • Build and nurture multi-year partnerships with evangelical churches across denominations.

  • Develop strategies and resources that engage churches in mission and deepen their commitment.

  • Represent AE at church services, events, and conferences to inspire prayer and financial support.

  • Travel across Australia to strengthen relationships with pastors and mission leaders.

What We’re Looking For

  • A mature evangelical Christian with a deep commitment to the Great Commission.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Theology and at least 2 years of pastoral experience.

  • Exceptional preaching and public speaking skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize.

  • Proven ability to engage across denominations and build strong gospel partnerships.

  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends as required.

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience as a senior pastor or rector.

  • Cross-cultural mission experience, particularly in Africa.

  • Previous fundraising or donor engagement experience.

AE Office, Macquarie Park, Sydney (with interstate travel).
