Groundsperson

Peninsula Palms Aged and Community Services 

Peninsula Palms consists of a Retirement Village of 103 Independent Living Units and a Residential Care Facility. It is a ministry of Mueller Community Church, and is co-located with the church and Mueller College in Rothwell. 

We are seeking a permanent full-time Groundsperson for an immediate start. 

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Gardening/landscaping duties

  • Mowing/edging of grounds

  • Maintain and service grounds’ equipment

  • Carry out minor repairs to building fittings and fixtures. 

The successful applicant must:

  • Support the Christian ethos of the facility

  • Work within a team environment

  • Hold a driver’s licence

  • Have horticulture / trade-based experience

  • Be able to communicate effectively with other staff and residents.
