Reporting to the Chief People and Customer Officer, the role is responsible for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. The role oversees Health, Safefy and Wellbeing and Human Resources Business Partners.

The role encompasses collaborating with the People and Customer leadership team, building HR capability, collaborating and influencing key stakeholders in a matrix structure ensuring organisational culture is aligned to our growth and strategic vision.

To be successful in the role you are a seasoned HR/IR professional, customer centric and strategic thinker, from a large, multi-faceted organisation, an advocate in empowering our people.

Your experience should include industrial relations and negotiating EBAs, a broad understanding of all HR functions, change management and HR programs and initiatives that build capability and effectiveness. An understanding of WHS would also be viewed highly. Ideally you will possess a Bachelor level qualification in Business, HR, Psychology or related field, or MBA or Masters level qualification preferred and in line with our organisation’s mission, vision and values.
