Fostering Hope Mentoring Officer
Fostering Hope is looking for a pastoral, organised person to join our passionate and caring team as our Statewide Mentoring Officer.
Since 2021 Fostering Hope has been running a mentoring program for kids growing up in foster, kinship or informal care. These mentors reflect Christ’s love by walking with kids in care, building hope filled and intentional relationships.
The Statewide Mentoring Officer will support mentors and mentoring relationships around the state, under the supervision of the Mentoring Coordinator. The Mentoring Officer will be responsible for screening, matching and supporting volunteer Christian mentors, and caring for mentoring relationships, they will also assist with mentor recruitment and training.
