Executive Principal: Melbourne School of Theology and Eastern College Australia
For more than a century, Melbourne School of Theology (MST) has equipped men and women to know Christ, love His Word and serve His mission locally and globally. Eastern College Australia, where faith meets vocation, prepares Christian teachers, counsellors and leaders to serve the church and the wider community. Through MST Chinese, we also serve the Chinese-speaking church with accredited theological education. Together we share one campus and one community in Wantirna, in Melbourne’s outer east.
The role
The Executive Principal leads MST and Eastern as one community with one mission. The role is best understood as the senior pastor of a college community: setting missional direction, preaching and teaching, and equipping others to lead. The Executive Principal is also the chief executive, setting direction with the Board and leading its delivery through a strong Executive Team that includes a VP Academic and a Chief Operating Officer.
