About the role:

This role is a great opportunity to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Chief People and Customer Officer (CPCO) and coordinate key projects for the CPCO and People and Culture (PaC).

This is a permanent full-time position based at Norwest Business Park.

 

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

Manage and coordinate the Chief People and Customer Officer’s calendar, meetings, and appointments

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Chief People Officer

Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes

Collaborate with other executive assistants and departments to ensure smooth operations

Provide administrative support such as drafting emails, managing files, and processing expenses

 

About You:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration
  • 5 years+ experience in a senior executive assistant role
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office and web-based applications)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, including CE, PAC and Senior Executive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
