Early Childhood Teacher

(Part-time – Thursday and Friday)

Minooka Preschool is a community based, Christian preschool, located in Oatley and a project of Mortdale Oatley Baptist Church, operating during school terms and licenced for 40 children attending 2 or 3 days each week.

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic part-time Early Childhood Teacher, for Thursdays and Fridays, commencing Term 3.

Essential Criteria

  • Early Childhood Teaching Degree or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification. 

  • NESA Approved Teacher Accreditation.

  • Current NSW Working with Children Check. 

  • Current ACECQA approved First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

  • Completed training in Child Protection.

  • Completed National Child Safety Training 

  • Thorough working knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.

  • Compatibility with our Christian Philosophy (include a church reference and profession of personal Christian faith)
