Clovercrest Baptist Church (4 days) & Pathway Community Centre (1 day)
Location: Adelaide, South Australia

 

Clovercrest Baptist Church (Clovie) is a large and growing contemporary, evangelical, multi-generational, and multi-site church in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide. We seek to be a people of faith who experience God, create community, and reach beyond.

We are currently seeking a passionate and capable Director of Operations to join our Executive Team in this key leadership role.

The Director of Operations will provide strategic oversight and leadership across the business and operational functions of both Clovie and Pathway Community Centre, including:

  • Strategic planning and organisational health

  • Finance, budgeting, and reporting

  • Property and asset management

  • Human Resources and compliance

  • Administration and project oversight

  • Governance, policies, and risk management

  • IT systems and data security

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A dynamic and growing personal faith in Jesus Christ

  • A heart for the local church and alignment with Clovie’s vision and values

  • Proven leadership and people management experience

  • Strong business, finance, and operational expertise

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Experience in HR, compliance, and policy development

  • Experience in a large church or multi-department organisation (preferred)

  • Qualifications in Business, Finance, or Leadership (advantageous)
