About the role
When you are successful in this role, you’ll have the joy of achieving real impact by growing Tearfund’s digital presence and connecting more Australians with stories of hope, justice and transformation.
As Digital Marketing Lead, you will lead the strategy and execution of Tearfund’s digital content and marketing – equipping and inspiring Christians in Australia to make biblically shaped responses to poverty, grounded in faith and action. You’ll play a key role in translating Tearfund’s campaign messaging into compelling, fit-for-purpose digital content across channels like social media, email and web.
Along the way, you’ll grow your skills in strategy, innovation and digital leadership – working within a passionate, collaborative team committed to seeing all people achieve their God-given potential.
This full-time role will play a critical part in Tearfund’s Communications and Marketing Team, contributing to Tearfund’s mission to end poverty through faithful partnership and courageous storytelling.

Position Location:
A mix of in office at Blackburn, Melbourne (with hybrid possibilities depending on business needs)
