DEPUTY BUSINESS MANAGER 

For Commencement Term 3 2025 (negotiable)

Mount St Benedict College is a Catholic girls high school of Good Samaritan Education. They are seeking a Deputy Business Manager to assist the Business Manager with the day-to-day business and financial functions of the College. The role will assist in the overall financial operations, reporting financial conditions and identifying financial requirements, ensuring that appropriate accounting controls are maintained.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Deputy Business Manager.  The successful applicant will be a collaborative team player with high levels of organisational and staff management skills. They will report to the Business Manager and will have:                                 

• Appropriate university accounting/business qualification (CA/CPA);
• Appropriate experience in industry or education in finance roles; balancing financial and operational obligations;
• Exceptional staff management and interpersonal skills with proven experience in leading highly motivated and collaborative teams;
• An understanding and appreciation of the Benedictine values of Pax, Hospitality and Stewardship within the context of Catholic Independent Schooling.
