  • Lead with Vision: Coordinate and manage a diverse range of accredited and unaccredited academic programs.

  • Innovate in Learning: Design and deliver engaging courses across face-to-face, hybrid, and online platforms.

  • Empower Others: Support and inspire both students and lecturers in their academic journeys.

  • Collaborate Broadly: Work closely with ADM partners and represent the College in national theological education forums.

  • Shape the Future: Be at the forefront of curriculum development and theological training initiatives.
