About Compassion Australia 

Compassion Australia is one of the largest 100% privately funded charities in Australia. We are a Christian holistic child development organisation committed to releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name. 

As part of Compassion International, a global network of more than 12 funding and 25 developing countries, we support the long-term development of over 2.3 million children living in poverty. Our model is Christ-centred, child-focused, and church-based—delivered exclusively through partnerships with local churches in low-income countries to meet the spiritual, physical, economic and socio-emotional needs of children. 

Our supporters are predominantly based in Australia, but our creative work is expanding to audiences across Singapore, the Philippines, and other Asia-Pacific regions as part of our evolving regional strategy.

Purpose of this EOI 

We are seeking to establish a panel of creative agencies to support our internal team when capacity is exceeded. Agencies on this panel will be engaged for a range of campaign and content development projects, with a focus on responsiveness, quality, and cultural relevance across multiple markets. 

Creative output may include: 

  • Fundraising and supporter campaign creative (digital, print) 

  • Social media assets and digital advertising 

  • Brand-aligned storytelling and copywriting 

  • Multilingual content and localisation 

This panel will help us remain responsive to supporter needs, deliver compelling stories of impact, and ensure alignment with our mission across diverse channels and audiences. 

 

Who Should Apply 

We invite agencies who: 

  • Can work within and contribute to faith-based, values-driven communications 

  • Offer scalable capacity, fast turnaround when needed, and collaborative working styles with internal teams 

  • Have strong creative capabilities and a track record of delivering campaign work in fundraising, not-for-profit, social impact, or purpose-driven sectors 

  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and localisation expertise across Australia and Asian markets (Singapore and the Philippines initially) 

  • Have the capability to deliver multi-channel creative outputs aligned with our brand guidelines 

 

Key Evaluation Criteria 

EOI submissions will be evaluated based on: 

  • Alignment with Compassion’s mission and values 

  • Demonstrated capacity, turnaround times and agility 

  • Competitive pricing structure 

  • Demonstrated creative capability and campaign results 

  • Understanding of regional context and audience nuance 

  • Team credentials and proposed working model 

  • References from comparable clients (especially non-profits or multi-market clients) 

 

What to Include in Your Submission 

  • Agency overview and relevant credentials 

  • Case studies (up to 3) highlighting relevant and recent creative work 

  • Profiles of key team members 

  • Statement of alignment with Compassion’s mission and Christian ethos 

  • Hourly or day rates and indicative pricing 

  • Referees or testimonials 

  • Any additional information that helps illustrate your unique value

Next Steps 

Shortlisted agencies will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) stage, including a briefing session and potential follow-up interviews. Agencies who progress will be considered for our preferred supplier panel for a period of up to three years.
