Client Relations / Business Growth Manager

As a long-standing Christian Social Enterprise, Servicing the Aged and vulnerable, we would love to have TWO (x2) Client Relations / Business Growth Managers (x2) join our Team. 

Reporting to: Main Director / Team Leader


Location:  WFH – in a quiet (established) Home Office


Employment type: Part-time – 20 hours a week  

Remuneration: Commission ONLY from converted sales: $4,000 per customer

Key ambition in role to create and convert Business Relationships with (paying) Clients – specifically in the Gen X and Boomer categories, notably those preparing for End -of-Life matters.

Key responsibilities 

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with new clients  (Via proactive VERBAL and Email relating)
• Collaborate with Director to design attractive collateral – some appreciation for CANVA is valued
• Provide feedback on client experience to Director to mould business launch strategies.

In your Cover Letter 

• Relate your experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably with realised KPI’s and financial benchmarks included
• Relate and give examples of your persuasive communication and sales closing skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.


Performance measures

• KPI of 30 Annual Converted / clients (in Year 1)

Remuneration supplied: 

1. $120K p.a. if sales targets achieved 
2. plus ability to access unlimited commission  plus 
3. Opportunity to secure a 20% stake of business after x3 years 

May suit a Semi-Retired Person – living with minimal responsibilities
