We’re seeking a ministry-hearted executive with proven media experience to join our team as Chief of Ministry Programs. You will lead the strategy and delivery of Vision’s ministry programs—ensuring that all content and audience pathways are biblically faithful, compelling, and accessible at scale across radio, digital and print. You’ll help people grow as disciples of Jesus by stewarding our ministry “product” (spiritual growth and discipleship) and integrating it across listen – read – watch – interact experiences under Vision’s Connect – Communicate – Cultivate framework.

Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
This executive role involves defining and executing a multi-year strategy for ministry programming that aligns with Vision’s broader organisational objectives. You will oversee the creation and curation of radio, digital, and print content that encourages daily spiritual growth, ensuring high standards of theology, clarity, and relevance. You will design and optimise audience engagement journeys across platforms to deepen discipleship and participation.
Building strategic relationships with churches, ministries, and content creators will be essential to amplify reach and impact. You will also lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, identifying and developing ministry-aligned talent, including presenters, producers, and contributors. Stewardship responsibilities include managing ministry budgets, performance metrics, and quarterly reporting to the CEO and Board.
Successful Candidate Profile
This role requires an exceptional leader with a deep personal commitment to Jesus and a clear calling to ministry that informs their leadership approach. The ideal candidate will bring senior leadership experience in Christian media—whether in broadcast, digital, or publishing—with a proven track record in program strategy and delivery. Strong theological discernment and pastoral sensitivity are essential, along with the ability to translate biblical truth into accessible content for diverse audiences.
You will be comfortable leading cross-functional teams, building strategic partnerships, and driving measurable ministry outcomes. A data-informed mindset and audience awareness are key, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in ministry delivery.
