Business Manager

The Business Manager contributes to the realisation of the College’s mission and vision by ensuring the effective, efficient and sustainable stewardship of the College’s resources in support of high-quality Christian education. The role provides leadership across financial management, facilities and operational support services, with responsibility for activities ranging from long-term strategic planning and the coordination of major projects to the effective day-to-day operation of the College’s business functions. 

We welcome applications from experienced Business Managers for this dynamic strategic leadership role. The successful candidate will oversee: 

• Financial Management and Planning: Delivers strategic financial leadership and operational stewardship, managing the College’s budget development, day-to-day financial operations, compliance obligations, and transparent reporting.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Leads and oversees the College’s compliance and risk management framework to ensure legal, regulatory, safety and child protection obligations are consistently met.
• Business Operations: The Business Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of the College’s business operations, ensuring the effective day-to-day delivery of services while planning for the College’s long-term operational needs.
