SU NSW is seeking a proactive and servant-hearted Administrator to support our Schools Ministry across 150 NSW public schools. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about seeing the gospel reach local communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality admin support to the Schools Team
  • Coordinate volunteers and manage screening processes
  • Maintain records via Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate with schools, volunteers, and stakeholders
  • Support event planning and logistics


What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Christian faith and church involvement
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in admin or volunteer coordination
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred)
