ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (Ministry Development) – readvertised

30 Hours per Week | Faith-Based Role | Located on Scenic Mt Tamborine

At Mount Tamborine Conference Centre (MTCC), we are seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Administration Officer to join our ministry development team. This is a 30-hour per week role based at our beautiful mountaintop location.

MTCC hosts a range of vibrant, Bible teaching events that serve all ages and Christian communities across Australia, along with church and para-church retreats. THE ROLE

In this vital support position, you will:

  • Manage bookings and facilities across our site

  • Coordinate event administration and communication

  • Support special projects and seasonal conventions

  • Work with our team to uphold the mission and values of MTCC

ABOUT YOU

You are a:

  • Practicing Christian, active in a local church

  • Experienced administrator (3+ years) with excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero (preferable)

  • Warm, reliable and proactive team member

You’ll also need a driver’s licence and the ability to obtain a current Blue Card and Police Check.

FAQ’s

  • The role is 30hrs per week across 4 days (with Thursday as your day off), 8.30am to 4.30pm (however we are flexible to suit your needs, and this can be altered)

  • Rental accommodation is often hard to find at Mt Tamborine. If this is a concern, talk to us, we have accommodation options on and offsite and would be happy to discuss this with you

  • Hourly rate is based on experience under the Clerks Private Sector Award (MA000002) between level 3 $29.70p/h and level 5 $32.45p/h
